However, as with any new category, interested educators and trainers should closely consider their objectives when choosing a student response solution. The technologies have evolved admirably to deliver most wishes, but because how the solutions will be used in classrooms varies immensely, no one solution will meet all wishes.
Vendors too often emphasise features only available for their solutions, with the result that educators may not discover opportunities to meet their needs better.

First Five Easiteach Pilot Schools selected

From the first round of applications received to join Manzana's Easiteach 50 school pilot program, five schools have been approved to progress without any conditions. A further six applications have been approved conditionally. The five schools are: Elm Park School (Auckland), Henderson Intermediate School (Auckland), Patricia Avenue School (Hamilton), Paremata School (Porirua), and Tauwhare School (Waikato).

Feb08 Closing: Round 2 Applications invited for Easiteach Pilot Program

Applications have been pouring in to Manzana for inclusion in the Easiteach 50 school pilot program. The first round of applications, which closed in November, were promoted only to Manzana client schools. Further application rounds are planned, with the next closing at the end of February 2008.
From the first round of applicants, five participating schools have been selected without any special conditions, and a further six applications have been approved pending particular conditions.
